Add a drop of Aromatherapy Vibration to a glass of water and ice, take an empty glass and pour little of it and drink. Continuously drink it until it is finished. (Approximately 9 times).

Use a drop of Aromatherapy Vibration into a pail or water container. Spread the water to the whole body during the last rinsing of your bath.

Also, add a drop of Aromatherapy Vibration into a container filled with enough water and ice, pour a little onto the palm and apply it to the whole face to the head's crown, back of ears and below the chin. Repeat doing it until it is finished (Approximately 9 times).

The best usage time is at night before sleeping. It can also be used at any time depends on the necessity. Practice it for at least the first 7 days. Higher usage frequency will give better result. Use only raw water (without boiling it).
