therefore understood about this intensive
course and my agreement to be the practitioner
is based on these terms: |

course is not for sales profit. |

CVT
course is actually specially arranged
as the mind's motion and knowledge generator
in Islamisation knowledge concept. |

particular profit and income are promised. |

A
professional practitioner is a freelance
practitioner who is neither engaged
as a CVT's employee nor a franchisee
nor a licensee nor an agent. |
After
finishing the course and being awarded
with the professional recognition certificate,
I directly qualify to be a practitioner
who will carry out diagnosis and treatment,
which will fully use the treatment concept
and formula that have been recommended
by Prof. Norhisham Wahab.
I am not allowed to make any suspicious
diagnosis to my patient. I will also
obey all the CVT's protocol issues
and professional ethics that have been
structured. I will not make any confusing
statement and claim about the healing
effectiveness of CVT formula
in any advertisement media. I will be
approved as a professional practitioner
on behalf of CVT treatment after
the ending course certificate being
awarded to me. |
